Strijdom is a company that yields its success on a three-pillared approach, namely, business consulting, IT consulting, and Property management.

The Business Consulting division has delivered customized solutions for a variety of clients from different genre’s, such as the Fuel industry, Beauty industry, and Food and Hospitality industry, assisting them with specific solutions for their specific problems,  with the main theme between all these industries, how to conduct their business to become more profitable. By applying their MBA knowledge and cost-cutting skills, the Strydoms were able to provide individually tailored resolutions to each client, enabling them to adapt to a more productivity-based approach, Strijdom Consulting was able to provide business solutions to their vast variety of clients to ensure continuity of their businesses during difficult economic times, especially during the Covid pandemic. As Strijdom does not follow a “one-size-fits-all” approach, but rather a unique line of attack to each unique problem, their clients keep referring new clients, as word of mouth is our best advertisement.

IT solutions are also a unique customized aspect of business, to suit the individual needs of each client. All clients may have to pay wages and salaries, but most of our clients do it differently, e.g. weekly, fortnightly or monthly, commission-based or non-commission based, and all these aspects have to be taken into account when developing a distinctive solution for a client. The IT solutions we are specializing in are the consolidation of financial statements, the supply of data warehousing and the financial reporting from these data warehouses, the building of cubes, and specific information requirements, as dictated by the customer. The success of our business is the fact that we have the IT skills and ability to build the required IT systems that the customer needs.

The Property concept of Strijdom originated with the acquisition of older properties and restoring these to their former glory so that they can generate a decent return on investment, either for the owner to rent these out or to sell them fully furnished with a stunning and modern interior to gain a higher selling price. Strijdom can provide turnkey advice for an entire property project, from the acquisition of the property to its refurbishment to its interior decoration to its eventual sale or rental. Not only has Strijdom acquired 6 properties of their own, which has been upgraded to fit the portfolio, but they have also built from scratch several properties and can advise on location, building aspects as well as investment advice. The maintenance of older properties and the rental aspect of these are also forming part of the unique property division.
